History: A 51 year old white female presented with a 21 year history of progressive and extensive ulcers of the bilateral lower extremeties.
Physical Exam: There were well circumscribed, waxy,
atrophic plaques with hyperpigmented borders on the bilateral
lower extremeties. There was a 3x4 cm. ulcer on the left lower
shin (Fig. 1).
