History:
The patient is a 69 year old white male with a history of biopsy-proven
conjunctival aquired melanosis for several years prior to the
development of multiple brown spots on his right lower eyelid.
Physical examine:
Multiple brown macules on right lower eyelid, right bulbar conjunctiva,
and right inferior fornix (Figs.1-3). No lymphadenopathy was noted.
