History:
The patient is a 43 year-old woman with a history of acute
myelogenous leukemia, in remission 6 weeks after allogeneic bone
marrow transplantation, who presented with an eruption of asymptomatic
pink papules on her trunk that had appeared over the previous
two weeks
Physical Exam:
On her lower back and abdomen were scores of firm, pink papules,
4-10 mm in size(Figs.1,2)
