 History: The patient is a 17-month-old white male who presented with a ten-week history of slowly growing asymptomatic lesions on three of his fingers .

Physical Exam: Three firm, nontender, subcutaneous, dome-shaped, skin colored nodules measuring between 3-5mm each were present on the dorsolateral right third, fourth (Fig A,), and fifth fingers (Figs. A, B). Flexion and extension of all involved fingers were normal.
