History: A 36 year old white homosexual male with AIDS referred for evaluation of multiple newly developing, asymptomatic lesions on extremeities. He has had previous episones of HSV, perleche, and parasitic coloits. CD4 count at time of evaluation was 94.

Physical Exam: Revealed 7 firm, non-tender, dome shaped papulo-nodules on shoulder, arms, hip, leg, and ankle (Figs. A & B)

Lab: Biopsies were obtained and cultures were negative for bacteria, mycobacteria and fungi.
