History: The patient is a 70-year-old white man who presented with a history of an asymptomatic pink patch on his left upper groin of several years' duration. It began as a small pink spot that has been slowly increasing in size.
Physical Exam: Revealed an erythematous, scaly plaque involving the left inguinal area(Fig.1).
