History: A 68 year old white female presented with
a 6-month history of a growing asymptomatic red-purple nodules
on her left upper arm. She has a history of breast cancer status
post lumpectomy/lymph node dissection with radiation therapy in
1991 complicated by chronic lymphedema in the left arm.
Physical Examination: A red-purple 2X3 cm nodule
on left dorsal upper arm and a 5X7 cm nodule on the left ventral
upper arm (Figure 1) were observed.
