History of Present Illness: 52 year-old Caucasian woman complained of a progressive increase in the number of warts on her face over the past several years

Past Medical History: Breast cancer, ovarian cyst, esophageal papillomatosis

Family History: Mother died of colon cancer; father died of esophageal carcinoma

Physical Exam: Adenoid faces (long face, Fig.1). Multiple skin-colored papules on the face, predominantly peri-ocularly and peri-orally (Fig.2); hypertrichosis; macrocephaly; papillomatosis of the chest; high-arched palate; mucosal papillomatosis (Fig.3); keratoses of the chest, thighs, and hands; plantar keratoderma
