History

The patient is a 72 y.o. male who presented with a 10 day history of "bumps" on his trunk and lower extremeties. Lytic bone lesions were present on x-ray evaluation. Physical examination revealed firm, non-tender, erythematous to violaceous nodules on the thighs (Fig 1), inguinal region (Fig 2) and back.
