History:
A 70 year old African-American male presented to the Washington University /Barnes Dermatology Clinic complaining of a painless, slowly enlarging growth on the left side of his nose. The patient noted that the lesion has been present for at least 15 years.

Physical Examination
A 2 cm x 1 cm soft skin colored pedunculated nodule was present on the inferior edge of the left nasal ala
