History: 56-year-old white male with past medical history of acute myelogenous leukemia undergoing chemotherapy for relapse develops neutropenic fever and red papules.

Physical Exam: Erythematous and purpuric papules on trunk and extremities (Fig. 1-3)

Laboratory data: Blood culture negative.
