HPI: 63 year-old female presents with minimally pruritic rash for 1-2 weeks. She reports eating mushrooms at a restaurant prior to symptoms starting and denies scratching.
PMHx: non-contributory
Meds: none
ROS: non-contributory
PE: Red linear plaques on neck, upper extremities, groin, and buttocks. Linear flagellate erythema on chest and back. No excoriations.
