History:  Patient is a 7-month-old white female with a bump on her left 5th toe for 4 months.  The bump has been increasing in size approximately 3-fold over this time.  No change in color.  No apparent symptoms.

Past Medical History:  Otherwise healthy.

Medications:  None

Family history:  Father has a history of congenital renal cysts

Physical Exam:  Well-appearing child.  On the left dorsal 5th digit there is a 7 mm x 4 mm firm skin-colored nodule.
