History: Patient is a 52-year-old African American male with a history of a growth on his right scrotum, that was removed 2 years prior to the present visit. Since that time, the growth has returned and gradually enlarged in size. No pain, itching, or bleeding.
Past Medical/Surgical History: Hypertension, oro-labial herpes simplex, appendectomy, carpal tunnel release
Medications: Diovan HCT, Toprol XL
Family history: Diabetes mellitus, hypertension
Physical Exam: On the right scrotum, there is a 1.5 cm pink verrucous pedunculated mass.
