HPI: A 5 month-old healthy Caucasian male infant presented with a pink lesion on his umbilicus after sloughing of the umbilical stump, which occasionally drained small amount of fluid. Otherwise, it was asymptomatic. A shave biopsy of the tissue was obtained.

Allergies: NKDA

Medications: none

Social History: none

Physical Exam: A red-pink moist round papule at the umbilicus (Fig1).
