Dr. Ilana Rosman is an Assistant Professor of Dermatology and Pathology at Washington University School of Medicine. She graduated from Brown University and earned her medical degree at Washington University. Following her dermatology residency training at Barnes-Jewish Hospital, she completed a dermatopathology fellowship at Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine.

At the Washington University Dermatopathology Center, Dr. Rosman serves as Director, and is involved in active signout of dermatopathology cases as well as client services and outreach.

 

In addition, Dr. Rosman sees patients of all ages at the Washington University West County Dermatologic Outpatient Clinic.  Having trained in both dermatology and dermatopathology, Dr. Rosman is particularly interested in complex medical dermatology cases that require correlation of clinical and histologic findings to arrive at the correct diagnosis. She enjoys working with her colleagues in dermatology and associated fields to provide the best diagnosis and treatment plan for patients. She has a particular interest in inflammatory disorders of hair and nails as well as pediatric dermatopathology.  In addition to her clinical practice in dermatology and dermatopathology, Dr. Rosman is actively involved in research and teaching. She is an enthusiastic teacher and mentor and enjoys sharing her passion for dermatology and dermatopathology with medical students, residents and fellows.

 

Dr. Rosman is certified by the American Board of Dermatology and is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Society of Dermatopathology.
